At present, MeritBench is in pre-launch. The only personal information we collect is your email address, submitted voluntarily through the early-access sign-up form. We do not collect names, payment details, immigration documents, or any other personal data at this stage.

2. How we use it

Your email is used exclusively to:

• Send you access details for the MeritBench pilot program.
• Communicate product updates and launch announcements.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where data is stored

Email addresses are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is stored within Cloudflare's infrastructure and subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and tracking

MeritBench does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts on this website. No data is collected passively during your visit.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address from our waitlist at any time by emailing us at privacy@meritbench.com. We will process removal requests within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

As MeritBench grows into a full product, this policy will be updated. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email before they take effect.
